I’m also wondering whether can I get the urls for blogs for those who have successfully done the diet.
I am very curious to read about your journey and I also plan to start my own blog to track my progress.

if you go to my blog and check out the blogs i am following - both on the main page and also by looking at my profile you will find lots of blogs of people who have done ll or cd and maintained or who are still in the process like me. the link is in my signature - have fun reading!

oh and i would definitely advise doing your own blog, its helped me so much. If you set one up with blogger then any blogs that you like reading and find helpful you can join as a follower and blogger will tell you via your own blog whenever your favourite blogs have been updated.

definitely read mike/icemoose blog - its one of the ones i have a link to because it is brilliant - in fact i read that after i was told about cd but before i'd decided to do it and the blog made me sure i could and should go for it!
