Well peeps i've been away for about 6 weeks, i got 3lb away from target, started refeed, lasted 3 days then went bonkers with the booze & food (it was my birthday, no excuse!) anyhoo, I'm back on the shakes having put on 14lb over the last 6 weeks and day 1 started today. I have to say i feel so much better already being on TFR, i cant wait til next week when i'm feeling full of energy again. Word of advice to everyone REFEED propery or you WILL pile it all back on, i was very silly thinking i wouldnt & i could eat like i used to.
Oooh also i've changed my original target & lowered it by 7lb, wasnt completely happy at original target. xx
