I'm so chuft i lost 2lbs, i didn't think i would have as i felt really bloated today.

I have been eating those alpen light bars, but think i'm gonna stop, they are making me really bloated and windy (too much info sorry)

Does anyone know how to update weight on sw website.

on the site when you log in there should be a pic on the top right hand side that says update weight
click on it put new weight it it'll show you it again in digital and the confirm it and it'll update
