I have religously SS'd for 3 weeks (except for 1 planned protein meal) with points and pints if water every day. I appear to be in ketosis constanatly but have only lost a few pounds... I know by having 1 meal I have not 100% stuck but if I think back to before it seems pretty tame.... Any ideas why I haven't ahd the AMAZING losses others have :sigh:
