oh and still confused is that.... per 100g or whole package????

So I take it that it isn't free then... ok.. I know that it isn't a lot but geesh why say it is then it isn't if you get someone to check online?

Was checked on a green day... can someone else try for me please to see if this info is right.... thanks :D

Sometimes the Syn calculator can be wrong as it doesn't know the full ingredients of an item. If it is Quark by another name then it is free

I have stopped using the syn calculator as it has been wrong so many times (i hope) i come on here and ask now.

its prob because in the portion you put 1000, eventually even free stuff will have syns on the calculater of the calories.

Mmm in answer to these statements... it ask for the overall size... so I gave it.. and as for the free section... it asks if it would come under free so can't be that.... well not to worry... oh and I don't intend to have that much in one go hahahaha!!

I see what you mean petal thanks all
