Diet tracker

Hiya folks, how do I get a diet tracker on my profile? I clicked on someone else's and it took me to a website where I constructed my own but it didn't tell me how to put it on here. Thank you.

When you have created the ticker it will give you a list of codes, you need to copy all of the text in the BB Code box and then post that into your signature in minimins. To get to your signature click on User CP link at top of this page, then click edit signature, paste BB Code and save.
