Hi, I've been on Lt for 2 weeks and have lost a stone. That's pretty much what I wanted as didn't have much to lose. I am starting refeeding tommorrow and planning on having a nice chicken bacon salad for dinner.
My question is this, do you think I will put any of this back on? I got a special dress altered today and it fits perfectly, however will I have to eat zilch carbs in order to still fit into it in a weeks time.
I am going on an anniversary holiday this Friday and all my clothes are fairly figure hugging in a good sense but how hard is it to maintain this. I mean I'm not going to pig out but say one day during the hol if I knew I was having a nice dinner could I just have one shake?
Or after 3 days refeed could I just go super low fat and give up the bars etc?
I'd love to have a little brekkie on hols? Just scrambled egg and i small slice brown bread?Any experiences from anyone. Thanks a mill
