Thursday Girl's CORE Food Diary

Breakfast:
Bran Flakes with chopped banana and skimmed milk.

Snack:
Grapefruit in juice

Lunch:
Leftovers from last night (pasta with prawns, garlic, onion and chilli ... YUMMY!!)

Dinner:
Corn on the Cob + 4 squares G&B chocolate (not hungry tonight + WI night so allowing myself a treat)

Other:
2 litres water + 1 cup of tea + 2 cups decaff coffee (with no sugar ... it's taken a while to get used to that! :rolleyes: ) + 1 glass of wine
 
your lunch sounds gorgeous.. now my mouth is watering! :p
