If you only have two shakes aday??

As someday's I'm out and about and don't get chance to have all three!!
I don't feel overly hungry as I make sure I drink plenty of water.
Does it slow down the weight lose or speed it up, or have any other effect on the diet......does anyone know??

NOOOO dont do it , its not good for u , u must have ALL 3 , i never felt hungry but i always made sure i had em all ,ur starving ur body as it is, having 2 is no good as there is stuff in them that u need for ur body , there for females need 3
 
I have that problem, but make sure you have all three, the daily nutrition is worked out based on having three shakes...you are doing yourself a bit of damage if you don't!

I have bought a drinks shaker thang today from Holland and Barrett that mixes your shake when your out...3.99
 
u dnt get the vits and minerals ya body needs your already pushing your body being on a vlcd if u dont have all 3 your body will go into starvation mode and could try 2 conserve fat ... have all 3 hun and stay healthy that would be my advice xx
 
If you were meant to have 2 the programme would tell you to have 2...stick wiv da programme:D
 
Hi Mrs L, I'm having your problem the last few days. I can't stomach any more and do not feel hungry. All I can manage is 1 and half shakes for the past 2 days. If this is only for a few days will it affect me badly I wonder? Hope you get your appetite back!!
 
make sure you have all 3 shakes,or you will eventually become ill,& it can be when your feeling ill your be more likely to fall off the wagon,so to speak....so in the long run its healthier & quicker to follow it properly....good luck!!! caz xx
 
I have been havin that problem..sorry I had been having that problem -before I blew it and got caught in a cycle struggling to get going again. I made sure I had 3 today even though I wasn't hungry and didnt want it. Without ALL the mutrients you're just starving yourself which is too too dangerous. We should always remember that whilst doing this our body's fuel comes from our fat stores -the nutrients in the shakes is what keeps us ALIVE!!! lol
