Hi all

Do you have to be classified as obese on the BMI rating or is it okay to be overweight so that a counsellor will let you start taking them? I'm currently at 29 on the scale and want to start either CD or LT. What's the difference and is there a price difference?

ALl your stories are motivating me so much!!! I'm on it!!!!

I think you can still join, might be worth checking cambridge web site. Not sure on pricing diff but if I'm not mistaken CD has more shake choices than LL

Hi Kerry
For Cambridge you have to have a BMI of over 25, plus at least a stone to lose before you can go on Sole Source. Looks like you will be fine your CDC will advise you when they do your MRF screening.
Tracey is right Cambridge has far more variety and is cheaper (and I think the best). Basically you go for what suits you.
Good luck
