been off lt :(

hi all , well as u can see ive been off lt for over a week , nearly 2 to be exact , ive been ill and was advised by my doctor to stay off it for a week then to restart , ive been eating normally again , and ive even been eating chocolate :( . but i weighed yesterday and dont seem to have put on any ,in fact ive lost 2 or 3 pounds , so from next monday its back on lt for me , woried about how it will go but im gona do it no matter how hard . hope u all have been well and losing :)
 
I'm back on it, in my first week again, after a ten day wandering one day on LT one day off -it is definitely hard getting into it because we have to break habits all over again but it is definitely doable! And most certainly worth it so come Monday, get right back on board and get on with it eh? Enjoy your weekend because you know what you have ahead of you.

Or You could even maybe do Atkins for the next 2/3 days to get you into ketosis by Monday so that it won't be such a shock to your body getting into ketosis with just the shakes.

Sorry to hear you have been poorly. Glad you are better now. Good luck with your restart Monday. As Rose says, minimise your carbs this weekend to make the transition easier.

I was really ill a few weeks ago and was told to come off and eat for a few days. After that iv tried to get back into LT 3 times now and ill be honest its sooo hard! im really struggling to get back into it so be strong and dont let yourself give in! I did again and again and i really regret it. After coming off LT i feel like iv got a mind block thats stopping me getting back into it. Just keep going!! :)
