Loves being slim!
On Wednesday I moved up to 1000. I needed to in my head, and was 1lb officially from goal. (I think I want to go a little lower though, 9st 7lbs is the top of healthy for me, I'd like to have a little to play with.)
However, having done so, am I still going to lose, as so far no more has come off.
I'm going to give it a week, but if I stay the same or gain then I can go back on 810 can't I?
I am slightly worried that I won't now lose anything, has anyone else?
