Awwwh that was nice, but she's right this place is a great motivator, just dont come here if you're hungry as it tends to make me hungry when I start reading posts of what people have eaten or recipies........hehehe!

As a newby to the diet and this site i have to agree ..I have recently moved up to scotland and have found it hard to meet new friends so far, but this past week i feel i have hundreds !!!
So enjoy reading all your post's its rather addictive ..
