HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE..................

For your hair to grow back after it starts to fall out due to cd???mine seems to be really thinning on the top and i cant afford to lose any more.
I constantly wear my hair up and dont want to go to the hairdressers as i dont want to see a shocked expression on their face as to how much is actually gone.
And also am i allowed to take any sort of supplements,i think my cdc said i could a while back but cant really remember,if so what am i allowed to take??

theres supposed to be a good shampoo bar from lush for this, a few people have recomended it, will find link in bit.
try not to wear your hair up as it can damaged the hair even more.
go and get it cut, it always make my hair look thicker, tell them about the loss and they can discuss best cut for you.
not sure when it grows back, but i`ve started eating this week and the plug wasn`t blocked in the shower as usual.

mine just started to come out about 6 weeks after i stopped cd,im back on it now 2 and a half weeks and my hair does seem in alot better condition but just not thicker,and my hair is so fine as it is.
I have been considering getting it cut shorter when i lose the rest of my weight but not before then i cant see it suiting me!i cant not wear it up as it looks so bad from the back,
