Why can you not have prawns on SS+

I'm sure that I read somewhere that you can't but I'm not a lot of help as I don't know where!!! I hope somebody more knowledgeable will come along soon.

It would be fab if we could but I'm 99.9% sure its a no. x

Think it is because they are high in cholestrol ...... not sure as to why, but know they are a "no"!

Yes, they are high in cholesterol, but they are also very low in saturated fat, so the cholesterol thing is okay. It's only when the food is high in saturated fat, that high cholesterol is a problem. Think I've explain that correctly :D

But, the diet states white fish...and prawns aren't :D and also higher in salt I think, that can cause fluid retention.
