I've been under the weather for the past week. I've had no energy, headaches and more lately diahorrea and thus I visited my pharmacist a day early to weigh in. This decision was partly made as I wanna capitalise on the weight loss benefits from the diahorrea! Anyway, I lost another 6lbs - which is great.

However, after a lengthy chat with the pharmicist we decided that I should do a refeed. This I am now on maintenance for the next two weeks. (I just had a maintenance bar - which is delicious!)

I am more than on track with my weight loss so this isn't huge setback and I will recommence TFR on 3rd Novemeber! It will be interesting to see how my weight goes during the two and a half week break!!??!

sorry you've been feeling crap scaz -but hopefully that amzing loss has cheered you up no end!

Well done, you're brilliant -a real inspiration. :D

LMAO!! I'm not the only one who appreciates the benefits of having the trots then hehehe

are you on the maintenance because you're not feeling great or because you have been on lt for a while now? I am not critising just interested to know!

wow great loss!!!!:D
sorry to hear you're feeling so unwell:patback:

Well done hun and feel better :hug99: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Mainly the former. I feel that my body is a bit confused at the moment. I've lost s much weight that it's all mixed up! I guess the fact that I've come such along way and the fact that I took a break during the summer (it was untennable to follow LT in the middle of the African bush!) means that I'm confident that I can restart when I feel better.

Now that I've bitten the bullet and taken this decision I will be intrigued by how my weight is affected by following the maintenance diet. I should really continue to lose weight if I follow it properly as I'm still about three or four stone over weight. The danger is that I may be tempted by the demon drink once I'm out of ketosis! I will have to be strong willed!!!

Hi Scazman! Amazing that you've been on TFR for 19 weeks! You sound very positive despite the recent hurdles. With your can-do attitude you are on course to continue to do well. Well done!

Yeah. You gradually reintroduce food in small doses. Today I had a small salad with poached plaice and a maintenance bar. I had my normal shake for brekkie as until I spoke to the pharmacists I hadn't thought about stopping TFR just yet. Tomorrow it'll be two small meals and Saturday much the same but also with a small portion of carbs! Check out the refeed threads for some fantastic case studies!

Thanks scaz am almost dreading refeed am loving the weight loss on TFR for once in my life I am acheiving my weight related goals..you lot have been a great help xx
