OH MY GOD......CAKE!!!

Oh my god,

One of the ladies i work with just brought me through the biggest piece of cheesecake a have ever seen in my life, looked amazing! She brought it into my office plonked it on my desk and left.

PANIC!!! if i had eaten it i think i would probably have had about 3 points left ... so i picked it up a walked round to our workshop (i work at a renault garage) and gave it to the mechanics!, thank god i didnt eat it, but it looked so good!!!

I am detirmined i will be good.....

Now im snacking on my Special K Mini breaks and a cuppa... yummm

well done thats very good.
Its my bosses birthday tomorrow and he brings cakes in fresh cream but i say no way! I will have my alpen lite bar as i do each day!!

I remember that friends episode.... soooo funny!!!

I am glad i passed on the cake, i have just got to keep my determined head on :character00115: Grrrrrrrrr...!

i eat alpen bars at work too, good with a nice cuppa
