Gemma1986

Im just me!
Can anyone help or explain this to me please?

What do you need explaining Gemma?

Gemma wants to know how to track what you've eaten and the points values on esource. I'm pretty sure you can do it but I don't know how.

well i bought a monthly pass for meetings..... 17.95... and than you go on WW and you make a user name and pasword... and i track everything i eat, exercise, there... it lets me know how many points left, you can bank points bit like a spread sheet.... you can work out recipies.... they also have a forum.

LOl i only use it to track my food so not really used it for anything else x

If you just need to enter food into your online points/food tracker then:

Click on POINTS tracker under Plan Manager on left hand side.

Under each meal time (ie breakfast, lunch, dinner, anytime) theres a tab called "add food", click on that.

Enter the name of the food there, eg for breakfast - "branflakes", press enter or click go.

A list of opitons will come up click on the correct one. You will then have the option to change weights etc, when its right click "add to tracker", making sure that the bottom left hand corner "meal time" is selected to the correct one.

The points will then automatically go into your online points tracker and at the bottom will be a summary, giving you total points used, remaining points.

Towards the top (under date) theres a tab called "Activity Tracker) if you click on that you can enter exercise and it will show on your daily summary.

Hope that helps and that I have answered the question correct!! LOL

right what happens if your a gold member and dont have to pay how can i get the password i want to set this up if i can, thanks for your help

Ah, forgot you don't have monthly pass do you? You'll have to check with your class leader but you might have to pay for the esource part.

Or you can pay for esource (£15 for the first 3 months) and get the code (to allow access) from your leader each week at the meetings.

No I think its good value, after the first 3 months its £6.95 a month, when I get to goal I will do this probably for about a year until I feel comfortable maintaining.

I use a lot of the recipes, guess it depends how you use it whether its good value or not. Although agree on the points database - totally shockingly inaccurate!
