dreading weigh in

i am dreading my weigh in this evening. i have had a really bad week, not been able to focus on the eating plan.
:(:(
 
this is where i have had the problem before. i do ok on the first week, then i waiver on the second and then i usually only last another couple of weeks. BUT i am detemined this week.

Hi Tara, the important thing is that you don't follow the same pattern that you always have. If you believe that you will always give up after 2/3 weeks, then you will....have more faith in yourself - if you can stick to plan for a week, then you know you can stick to it as long as you want to.

When I'm craving or watching someone else eat something I want - I just keep saying to myself "this will be over in 5 minutes...they will have eaten that chocolate (and will then be wearing it ;)) - and I will have resisted all temptation! Kind of makes me feel all smug inside about how much discipline I can have when I put my mind to it.

Good luck for tonight just draw a line under it and start fresh tomorrow :)
 
Hope WI goes ok hon and well done for going anyway! Fresh start as of today. Find some low point treats and have them all for yourself x
 
i think i will go to asda and buy a box of the weight watchers cake bars. i love the almond slices, yum yum.

no, it's not as bad as it could have been. My leader is great though, very inspirational. the best that i have been to, so that helps a lot. i am making sure that i track everything now.
 
That's not so bad at all. A good week this week and you will be rid of it and more!
