this is where i have had the problem before. i do ok on the first week, then i waiver on the second and then i usually only last another couple of weeks. BUT i am detemined this week.
Hi Tara, the important thing is that you don't follow the same pattern that you always have. If you believe that you will always give up after 2/3 weeks, then you will....have more faith in yourself - if you can stick to plan for a week, then you know you can stick to it as long as you want to.
When I'm craving or watching someone else eat something I want - I just keep saying to myself "this will be over in 5 minutes...they will have eaten that chocolate (and will then be wearing it ) - and I will have resisted all temptation! Kind of makes me feel all smug inside about how much discipline I can have when I put my mind to it.
no, it's not as bad as it could have been. My leader is great though, very inspirational. the best that i have been to, so that helps a lot. i am making sure that i track everything now.
