Monday - another new start

Hi everyone
Well I did it again. Did what you ask? Blew it at the weekend.
I was so motivated and then on Saturday and Sunday night it all went to pot. Think I need to be 'hypnotised'
So starting again today and here is my menu:
BF: Blueberries and FF.
10am (BF at school) 1 slice W/M with 1 tsp spread and marmite.
Lunch: Batchelors Curry savoury rice with added salad followed by an apple.
EM: Moroccean butter beans with Cous Cous.
Water as much as I can drink!!!!

Good job on getting back to it, Irene.

Best to take yourself in hand now before it becomes more than just weekends off.

Only 15lbs to go -light at the end of the tunnel.
