Food shopping & Smells Aarghh!!

Luckily my head is spot on today cos the smell of sausage rolls in gregs was to die for & I dont even like em lol

My babies also have got a thing for toasted teacakes so I have had to suffer that smell today too & I LOVE EM but hey ho I will love em even more when I can have 1 (not 4 because I am a pig) & my arse aint huge.

Ketosis is a wonderful thing, its a bit like a straight jacket really innit lol

lol i could do with a straight jacket some days ive gotta make cottage pie in a sec 4 tea 4 the family its strange cos i never really liked it b4 cd but boy could i now eat it lol xx

Oooh i'm the complete opposite now. The smell of food makes me want to hurl. The guy in the office was just eating some rice cakes, which normally i don't mind. But far from making me hungry it made me feel sick

Yep Greggs would tempt me too,god i use to love the cheese pasties from there oh & the pizza baguettes,oh & not forgetting the veggie pasties too... no wonder i got so big...lol I best not go near greggs even when iv'e lost all my weight, tee hee

I love smells but aren't usually tempted - mind you, a slice of hot toast with butter sounds yum! It doesn't usually bother me but mmmmmm!!!

Believe me you don't want what is affecting me. Don't know what is causing it, but i've been rough since sunday. I have to force down the shakes and previously i never minded them. I've been dry retching today. I hope this passes soon. Has anyone else felt rough on the diet?
