quark??? Any ideas of something yummy to make with it?

I have just started SW from home and have been enjoying reading the forum on minimins was told that quark is great stuff to make something sweet with but have no idea where to start.
Please Help A NEWBIE!!

I bought three pots that are sat there in the fridge doing nothing too... the only thing I've done with them so far as been made some stuffed mushrooms... which was quite nice. I tried to put some options hot chocolate in it too to make a 'mousse' but it wasn't very nice!

So, I'd be interested to hear if anyone has any suggestions too!

tiramasu?

place 3 boudoir biscuits (4.5 sins) soaked in coffee into a dish, stir almond essence and sweetener into the quark, spoon on top of biscuits, then dust with options hot chocolate.

it is a soft cheese stuff was in the cheese section in asda i made ice cream with it but was not very nice really need some other ideas.....
