Come on guys we are meant to be a team to help each other through this diet and to generally give each other support but I seem to be the only one ever posting on here (with exception to buffydog who's away at the moment).
I've only just joined your team but I'm already thinking of swapping to another because I'm just not getting what I signed on for. Sorry if I sound like I'm ranting guys but I'm more dissapointed than angry as I'm on my first week back and had a really good 7lb loss that seems like it's going to go to waste!
Come on guys get back on track with me here and start updating our thread, tell us what you've been up to and how things are going with your CD journey!
I'm now at a point where I'm thinking that if a I haven't heard from someone by the end of the day I'm going to quit the team and find one that gives the support that I signed on for!
