What does everyone drink?
i hate tea and coffee, so mainly drink coke or diet coke more recently and squash. I have Robinsons, low calorie, no added anything apple and blackcurrent. Which was the only squash in the supermarket that said low calories (5 cals per 250ml serving and 0.6g sugar) which i thought would make if free, but the only robinsons squash that comes up online is 1.5 syns, although i'm not sure if its the right one because it just says squash.
Should i worry about it?

I would ask your SW leader about the juice I thought the only ones which were free where the sugar free ones, but I am not sure.
I drink Pepsi max all the way :party0027:I love it and I am sure that its what keeps me from falling off the wagon, it's so sweet and totally free. Only down side is I am hyper most of the time :) lol *goes for a lie down*

I normally drink sugar free orange (robinsons) or diet coke or sometimes sugar free morrisons fizzy orange crush. I have about 2 cups of tea per day also.

ok so you hate tea and coffee,so what about fruit teas???i do drink asdas fruit squash which is no added sugar, and its alot cheaper than robinsons as i think its always on offer

I am a bit of a diet coke addict but I have recently converted to Dr Pepper Zero. It's on offer in Tesco at the moment (half price). I hate cordial and water is too boring. I have good losses every week too.

I have robinsons cordial of sprite zero! I think that if I couldnt have diet drinks Id struggle so much more with this diet! x

I mainly drink tea and water, I don't like sugar free squash. I occasionally have diet cloudy lemonade or ginger beer as a treat!

i drink decaff tea , i dont drink fizzy drinks at all or anything with caffeine in , if i want a cold drink I have water and if im ill and feeling in need of some comfort i drink sugar free vimto made with warm water. I love fruit tea's and can drink gallons of them a day.

I used to drink coffee and diet coke but I switched the coffee for green tea with mint and the diet coke for flavoured sparkling water and I was amazed at how much better I felt for it. The flavoured sparkling water is loads cheaper than DC any way and tastes much better too

DIET COKE ADDICT REPORTING FOR DUTY !!!!!!!

also like sugr free squash fruit tea and green tea with lemon mmmmm

morrisons are doing 16 cans DC for £4 bargain !!

i'm not a fan of hot drinks in general, i've tried fruit teas but they don't do anything for me. I might get some flavoured water, i always liked a strawberry and kiwi one but i can't remember the name!

Asda do a really nice strawberry and vanilla. And kiwi and melon. Cwella used to do a strawberry and kiwi drink but it's not free

While I think about it I thought my SW leader last week said Coke Zero was super speed did I make it up? Going to ask her on Wed but thought I would ask on here anyway

I just stick to sugar free cordial and water or ribena really light, I occasionally have a drink of diet coke but tend to feel bloated afterwards as fizzy drinks just don't agree with me, I don't drink tea or coffee but love hot chocolate!

I have around 4 cups of tea a day, out of my HE'a's, but my addiction is Diet Coke. I drink around 4 litres, on a normal day. MOre if I'm out on the p*ss, or driving alot. But, yeah, 4ltrs is 'normal'.
I do a 100 mile round trip once or twice a month to buy it from Costco!
