Had a gain!!!!

Hi guys

I have changed weigh in from monday to thursday. I didnt weigh in this monday but weighed in tonight and have gained 2.5lb .:cry: I know i have not stuck to the plan, i worked all day saturday due to moving premises at work, was out all day sunday so did not go shopping or plan any meals. I am going to get back on track from now. I nearly didnt go to my new class but decided that i needed the weigh in and couldnt do it myself.
If anyone has any tips on keeping me motivated and maybe any tips on gettig back to the gym then id appreciate them.
If anyone wants to email and keep bugging me to make sure im sticking to it then that would be great.
Sorry for long post. So so far in 3 week i have lost 0.5lb which is pants

Hey not to worry, could be different scales...Just get back on plan and post here if you need a kick up the behind.
 
hey dont be so hard on yourself at least you ve had the motivating to keep going!!!!!!some people might have given up....we all have good and bad weeks and we get complacent...i am new to this site but am very interested in slimming world,and have been a member since 1998,i know it works and it will for you..keep me posted how you get on
 
Hi :) Like the others have said don't be hard on yourself you have had a gain but at least you know why and it seems to have given you the motivation to get back on track.
I find going to the meeting really helps me to stay focused is there someone at the group you can swap numbers with and you can text when you need a kick? I have done this and its a lifeline when I have the 8pm munchies. Also make sure you used up your syns cause then you don't feel like you are on a diet and not missing out on stuff.
 
Don't beat yourself up, just draw a line under it and start again. Make sure you have pleanty of free foods handy to snack on.
 
Hi Guys

Thanks for your support, Hve done the shopping and got myself organised. Though cannto make meals for next week as have filled fridge and freezer with tons of food. Full of yogurts, fruit, veg, salad, eggs, etc..... Have done well today with food and was not too bad yesterday.

Hopefully ill get there.
