my family eat the same as me............hubby has lost over 2st....he loves me bein on this diet..... as i do all the cookin, and i sort his packup for work.........and all his snacks at home.....the hardest thing he has to do is...........does he have a can a beer or not thats it........lol
 
Heh that's like enforced Slimming World!

I always thought it was easier for me, living alone, as I just don't have crap food in the house at all... but I guess I can see how it might be easier if I was living with a group of people who were all following the plan!
