Hi I am doing a 4 week LL course and currently lose 11lbs after 2 weeks, so 18.5lbs in total as lost 7.5lbs with weight watchers before I started. Right so my query is how when my 4 weeks is up can I go back to weight watchers without piling the 4 weeks weight loss back on!!! Can't go to LL after the 4 weeks as I dont drive and meeting is no where near me and the lady I go with now cant take me afterwards as she will finish too so doing LL maintenance is not an option - any way would like to get back to eating foods healthily - but am scared of the weight going straight back on! Any tips please, thank you!! xx

Ooh, I have no idea... you might be better off checking out the RTM thread and seeing what they are up to. I would imagine sticking to a low carb diet would help you (note LOW not NO carb, lol)... or poss low GI - and keep an eye on portion sizes and try to cut out processed cr*p...

It is scary - I am only half way through foundation (and I have a good three months of developers to follow I'd have thought) but I am already worrying about eating again...

Good luck - and go spy on those RTM'ers (beware though - they talk about food!)

A xx

That might be tricky - the RTM is the most important piece oft he diet. Is there no public transpo you could take, to continue on in LL, just at least long enough in RTM till most foods are allowed again = that would make it safer, easier and nicer to start WW. Its be better then nothing I suppose. Personally - I would try to find a way to mkae it work. WW and LL and 2 completely different types of diets - I can't see how you can go from one to the other without problems. :( AFter RTM, going to maintain for 'life' on WW is one thing - but not just out of the gate.

THere are loads of things you can not eat for weeks - those things are supplemented with the packs. You cannot eat nutritionally on no packs and just whats on offer in weeks 1, 2, 3, etc.

Maybe you should speak to LL for their advise as well.

Good luck. Its a tough spot. :)
