Hey guys!!
I really need some help!! I've been doin ll since feb 08 and up till 2wks ago lost 7 st!! was on management for 2weeks of that then just completly lost the plot and ate for a week and i recon ive put on a stone!!!
So my problem now is finding the motorvation to pull back and im goin to go on to developers again so i can loose the 2 stone, now maybe 3 to go!!! I just need to find that drive i had again at the beginin as i know that it should in theory only take me 14 wks to get it all off, if i stick with it!!!
Also i have now joined the gym and i told the trainner that i didnt want to do anything that would give me muscle and he got me on about 5 machines that do weights, i have to do two rounds of 16 is that goin to build muscle? or just tone? im also doin 20minutes on the treadmill 10 on the rower and 10 on the cross trainner. Please tell me that it is goin to speed up my weight loss??!!!
