Thank goodness those CD shakes make lovely hot chocky. Felt almost warm for a little while. Are any other flavours nice hot?
Had my weigh in and managed another 3lb off despite a bottle of Merlot on Saturday. Just think what it could've been if I'd laid off the wine!:break_diet:

well done on the 3lb loss, i like hot vanilla and pop in a spoon of decafe as well and it makes it almost like milky coffee.

i have hot choc with a spoonful of coffee and also hot choc mint.

try half a banana and half a butterscotch together made hot, its lovely.

i have all my shakes hot, mostly i have half a pack and then add a spoon of coffee.
but my fav at moment is half banana & half choc...........mmmmmmmmmmmm will be having that later

Oddly enough, Strawberry was nice warm
I love chocolate, choc mint warm and vanilla with a spoon of coffee in. I dont really have any others

I always have mine hot too. Banana, Strawb and a hot choc at bedtime.......Heaven!
