Polyols??? anyones thoughts

hey everyone.....

I just been talking to a friend of mine who is diabetic and she said to me that you can have diabetic choc from thortons ( turkish delight or fudge) as it has the polyols breakdown on it and it is like fibre you dont have to count it in net carbs as it doesnt effect ketosis???

Anyone know anything about this

I just looked at the diabetic fudge and if she is right there is only 1.6g net carb in the whole bar!!!!!!! I not saying you can eat choc all day but i think if you are ready to fall off the wagon then surely these could come in handy to give you a sweet fix but keep you in ketosis.

What do you think??????

yes you can have them but maycause a stall and also make you have to run to toilet x
