I didn't have one, I'm not a fan of milk or cheese unless it's used in cooking, so I don't really have them most days

HEXAs are there so you get enough calcium. You can perhaps try and eat some other foods high in calcium if you don't like milk and cheese (tofa, kale, spinach etc). But I wouldn't regularly go without any calcium at all. It won't affect your weight loss in the short term... but long term it might. To loose weight as effectively as possible, our bodies should to be healthy and getting all the right nutrients etc... and you can't have a healthy body without calcium. That's why HEXAs exist... so you get enough calcium.

One idea is to just have a little milk with some sugar free crusha (0 syns and about £1.50). It's kinda like a milkshake.

Or disguse a little cheese in your cooking.

And, yep, 5-a-day. I'm rubbish at that too. :)

Ok I'm gona try and get my A choices in, i'm not a big fan of milk but I suppose if it's gona help me be healthier I can drink a bit of it each day

And I'm not a huge fan of veg, I usually eat plenty of fruit, and as much veg as I can but I have to really feel like it hahaha

Just been thinking about the milk business...You get 175mls of whole milk as a Healthy Extra A, which isn't even a small glass (250mls), so it should be fairly easy to measure it out, then decant it into a drinking glass, and maybe take a swig each time you go to the fridge? It'd soon be gone, without you noticing.

Or grate some cheese (28g isn't a large amount again), over your main meals? (you could have had it on your egg, or over the pasta and sauce. I love melted cheese SO MUCH!)

It's a shame you can't pass your HexA's onto other SW-ers (like me LOL)

I got all my A choices in this week, had jacket potato beans and cheese a few days, and I forced myself to drink milk aswell, and it seems to have worked cos i lost 4lbs this week :D

Well done, what a good loss!!
