There are 14 Pounds in a Stone

16 Stones and 8 Pounds is :-

16 x 14 = 224 + 8 = 232 Pounds

I am a little confused about your question, and what you are looking for...I think I need to go back to bed! So if I am giving you information you already know sorry!!

lb means pound, it is an abreviation. So 200lb is 200 pounds. 14 pounds in 1 stone and one kilo is 2.2 pounds.

If you type 16 stones and 8lbs in pounds into google... it gives you the answer in pounds... also works if you say in kgs etc
