Hey im from wolverhampton (Westmidlands)

I decided to join this community as i feel it will help me lose weight which i have been struggling with in the past.

About me

I'm 15 and male.

I'm 6ft1 and weigh 16 stone (224 pounds)

To be honest im not that fat im quite bulky with muscle but i do want to loose this excess fat and hopefully weigh 12 stone (168 pounds).

Hopefully joining this community my ambition will be forfilled
