Hello fellow lipotrimers
I'm back for the last part of my journey as I have been on holiday for 3 weeks and last week was just trying to get back into working and stuff again. well I'm pleased to say I only put on 7lbs which I'm sooooo glad about as I went to the USA and the food is fab and they have massive portions. So I started back yesterday and found it a little hard but I only need to lose about a stone ish depending on how it goes so hopefully it will only take about 4-5 weeks which I can handle,I know people may be thinking is it worth it but for me it is un finished business so I have to go this last little bit.
I have to say I have missed you all and reading all the great topic's of conversation and words of advice.
