Lost 1lb this week

12/10/08 15st 2lb.

Was that time of the month so I am not surprised to have lost so little. A loss is better then a gain.

Next week all's back to normal, so will aim for 4lbs again.

Week 3 Weigh in

14st 13lbs

Loss of 3lbs since last week.

I had a really difficult week this week. Very stressed at work, and I did break my diet a couple of times, and even stopped taking the lipobind for a couple of days.

However, I kicked myself back into shape on Thursday and have made it under 15 stone. I haven't been this light for at least a couple of years, so I am feeling really excited and motivated. It has also put me back on course to get to 14st 10lbs by 1st Nov.

Start weight before dieting:15st 12lbs
Start of lipobind diet: 15st 8lbs
Week 1: 15st 3lbs, -5lbs
Week 2: 15st 2lbs, -1lb
Week 3: 14st 13lbs, -3lbs

Target for week 4: reach 14st 10lb goal
