I am having a red breakfast, green lunch and green dinner

But as for Healthy extras can i jus have any? as in green or red?

Cos i have had my 2 slices of bread as HEb but can i then have either a red or green Heb too?

Yes, you can have any HEX from the green or red choice. It's only the snacks that need to be superfree (free on both days). I love Mix2Max! Good luck

I got it from the SW website. I enter my weight in each week and every time I lose a 1/2 stone you get an award. If you want that one, just right click on it and save the picture to your hard drive!
