Feeling TOO stuffed!

First day on 790 and as much as i have enjoyed the extra food.. my stomach feels overstuffed! .

I really feel uncomfortable and its as though I have eaten way too much. Its been weighed out and the right amounts.

Did anyone else feel this way when first on it ??

yup i remember feeling so stuffed lol i always felt like i had eaten a 3 course meal

it must be cos your stomach has shrunk so much. It will adjust but in the meantime you can think about how fab it is that you'll have portion control and not be tempted to overeat cos you're nice and full after only a little

thats very true, im maintaning and couldnt overeat as i think i would be sick,
