Got the dreaded lurgy!!!

Afternoon all.Curled up on the setee with a cold, well it hasn't come out properly yet but got the aches, heavy head and the rest. :sick: feeling really lethargic too. But still in the best place. Does anyone know if lemsip is ok to take?

Thanks for info L.S. Havnt taken a lemsip yet and wont now. Throat a bit like sand paper but not to painful yet, hoping I dont get that, but if I do will use asprin.
