I think you are allowed to deduct the chicken. I read something about it somewhere. Hold on and I will check.

This is from an example of flexible syns:-

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]After answering these questions, work out how many Syns you require for that night:

1. Chicken and Cashew nuts with rice, and prawn crackers
2. On a Green day, boiled rice is free, so if you like lots of rice, go Green.

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]The Syn value for this meal on the Green choice is 25 Syns. If you use both 'b' choice healthy extras for the chicken and cashew nuts, deduct 12 Syns (6 Syns for each Healthy Extra). Prawn Crackers are 1.5 Syns for 2 on both choices. If you're likely to eat 12, at a rough guess, allow another 9 Syns.
So far the Syn total is 22.

You could also try a Foo Yung?

It's like a big yummy omelette but a bit sloppier. It comes with spring onions and beansprouts... and then you can choose some meat (lean chicken?). In you're on a green day, you can use the chicken as a HEX and have rice with it too.

It's obviously fried so not completely syn free, but it's low syn and delish :)

Have a good night!
