Hi - New wondering whats the best shake flavour

Hi All,

Haven't started yet went to my doctors today & she said i really should lose weight before i start another cycle of IVF :( .. she suggested the Lipotrim diet and really wanted me to do it ... so i have read loads about it today and plan on starting next Saturday reason for the delay is i just got the shopping in need some time to get my head around but i feel so positive and excited :) can't wait to start,

so i wanted to know what flavour you all prefer? before i get mine

i am 13 stone want to be 9 ... i can dream i have pcos and quit smoking 3 years ago so hoping this will help get me thinking about food differently,
 
i luv the choclate, but i also luv the chicken poop (as they call it in here )lol

Vanila with coffee is really nice i have it in the morning and it feels me up to lunch time straberry is nice as well

Peppermint tea.. then add the chocolate shake to make mintchoc.. is lovely(well as can be on lt) and a nice change..add a few peppermint tbags to each thou.. to make it extra minty. xx
 
i love the choc+coffee+Fridge Water, mmm iced mocha :D
and i love the vanilla, it tastes like white chocolate :D
strawberry's ok.... not as versatile as the other two....
haven't tried the poop yet - scared to, if i'm honest, lol
 
Agree with all the above.
If you try the soup, have it hot (don't do it in your shaker! use a hand blender)
Add black pepper and a few chili flakes, I LOVE it.
Hey, I read that if you have PCOS, losing weight can help to sort it out. Good luck.xx
 
mine is vanilla 1 sweetner 1 spoon of coffee in the water mix well into microwave till hot its like a latte Mmmmmm..
 
i used to love coffee with vanilla in the morning, strewberry with crushed ice for lunch and pepermint and chocolate shake in evening (loved this one) went off the strewberry come the end for the first two weeks that was all i drunk cos i wouldnt try the others and it made me sick the thought of having strewberry in the end so advise would be make sure you have a viritie of them. hot chocolate was nice to but wasnt my favorite but i have never liked choclate flavoured things. good luck with your jorney hun xxx
 
i like them all, vanilla is nice in morning and choc one hot on evening gets rid of my cravings for choc,lol. but the chicken one makes me want food, so i been avoiding it. dont even try the bars, they are the devil, they taste like c**p and smell like it as well. gud luck x
 
:) Hiya [wannabe size10]....i like all the shakes they are quite nice which was a surprise to me, the chicken soup is well erm.....well i dont like it, but some ppl love it:). not likin the bars either. Think its down to your own taste. The lady in my chemist was great, she gave me some samples to try first which helped, im sure they would give you some if you asked... good luck hun its so worth it, and this forum is great, everyone is lovely xx

Choc & vanilla is nicest I think and you can have them hot with a spoon of coffee like cappacino Good luck with the diet :welcome:
 
I keep changing my mind! Today I like vanilla with coffee best I think!!

Not so keen on strawberry tho x
 
Wow thanks so much for all the useful advise & tips :) and thank you for making them sound great i have heard they were vile so this really helps ... to be honest my mind set is changing all ready didnt really want to eat my dinner today ... so i know i am ready to start i will get it thursday and start friday :bliss:i keep thinking it won't work for me as i have never lost weight i have pcos and would just love to see a weight loss ... so pleased i found this board so nice to have the support and be losing together

I started at 13 stone 5lbs and have always been a very slow weight loser. I've found that on this diet my losses are slower than some but it's coming off steadily so hang on in there even if you don't get the big losses that some do.

I like all the shakes and the soup and the peanut flapjacks (the coconut ones are foul). This week I'm having a shake for breakfast, flapjack in the afternoon and soup at night for a bit of variety!
