2nd week and the cd bars?

SO MUCH TO LOSE!

ok so heres the situation,
when i last saw my cdc i got 3 weeks worth of cd packs and bars etc,i had a few blips here and there thus using up 1 weeks worth of packs.
now i am almost finished week 1 and am starting week 2 on monday and i have bars for every day(1 per day),is this allowed,i asked my cdc and she said that once im in ketosis that i`ll be fine to have them.
what do you all think i really dont want to be knocked out of ketosis and go through it all again,
any advice as always much appreciated,

all i have is the bars and the rest of my packs,but if i dont use the bars i wont have my 3 packs a day,and my cdc is away til the day before im next due to see her.
i had a feeling i shouldnt have the bars(so why would she tell me otherwise!!!) but my plan was to have them on the 3rd week but as i slipped up it didnt work out like that,will it be really bad if i had to have them,id rather not compromise my ketosis status though.
please help!!!

i have to say i had the bars before and i think that it was them that knocked me out of ketosis so to lose as much as possible before i went away i stopped taking them,but since i restarted i thought that i could have one now and again to tide me over and to have something to chew on.
why would my cdc have said it was ok when obviously its not,im actually quite annoyed at her advice,but i`d like to thank you for yours,

hey elaine, is there another cd anywhere near you that may be able to help? probably a silly question as there is only a few in irl
 
no not really becky,my sister goes to one but its miles away again and not very convienent(sp)for me to get to,to be honest im only with my cdc for convenience more than anything,but thanx for the reply,

Lol, maybe I could post you some of my vanilla shakes which are gathering dust atm :D
Having said that, owing to the lovely royal mail, it'd prob be faster to get them from your CDC :D lol.

Hi I had bars from week 2 and they didn't do me any harm:)

its just that i got knocked out of ketosis before and i really think it was the bars so im half afraid to have them now,but spooky has given me some good advice so im going to follow that,
