thanks girls yes it is hard,i thought going from 2 shakes to 3 would be a sinch,but god it is the most hardcore diet ever,its because it is all or nothing no,nibbles,snacks,pinching of chips ohhhhhh chips,anyway back to reality,its 3 shakes or bars or porridge or soup,and 4 pints of water and thats it,but the results are fantastic,1 stone a month is the least you can lose on sole source ,so for me that last 46lb should be gone for chrissy,keeping fingers crossed,for me i am a strong will person and its hard for me ,hour at a time this diet.
