that i am really proud of myself today!
I have been down about my dad and i have been alone so normally i would have felt sorry for myself and just eaten but i have not i have picked myself up looked at what I have got which is a lovely amazinf fantastic fiance, great brother and sister great friends and fantastic In laws.

What more could a girl ask. I dont need my dad. I have all i want right here!
and also thankss to you guyus who pep talked me through it all it make a big help!

Yes indeed it does sound that you are blessed.

My mother was a firm believer in when you are down and feeling low to "count your blessings", it does help.

Sorry to hear that things are not going right in one direction of your life.. but as you say... look at what you do have to be grateful for....

One thing we should always think of .. out of every negative thought/feeling/action there is always something positive...we just have to find it
