Arrgh!
I haven't been too weigh in for about 4 weeks due too work and other bits and pieces. I've been using this as an excuse not too stick too plan.

Anyway i am not sure what i have put on, but i know i have def put on... Im just so pi**ed off with myself for doing it! i'm sure i'm def out of target now too.

I should have gone too weigh in on tuesday, i was just so tired and just wanted a takeaway and my bed.

I've been back 110% since wednesday, but i just hate not know what i weigh- i mean when i go on tuesday- what i weigh, will that have been a loss from last week or what!

Last time i weighed i was just in target at 9stone 13.5lbs.

Arrgh sorry i didnt really want advice or anything just too rant...

I just think oh what could i weigh now- i could have lost more weight etc...

anyway thanks for listening! :eek:
 
Hiya, don't feel too bad, you're back on track now and that's what counts. You'll be back in target before you know it:)
 
You get the rant off your chest I have not been for 6 weeks and I went back today and rejoined and I have put on just over a stone in that 6 weeks. I am gutted but I am going to get back on track now. Like MrsAH said at least your back on track now well done for doing that I have seen your piccys on facebook and you look really slim.

Well you're back on track now so stop beating yourself up! Don't get bogged down with small numbers - you'll be back at target soon enough.

By the way, do you really drink 6 litres of pepsi a day?!
 
Wow! I'm quite bad: 2 coffees before I got to work, 2 cups of tea when I get there, Coke (diet of course!) at lunch most days then coffee in the afternoon and maybe another cup of tea...
