hi ,
6 days on, and badly need to go to the loo, i've bought Laxose syrup laxative but as its kinds sweet does anyone know will taking this feck up ketosis?
 
Dont take it ! ! ! !

Try Senakot or Dulcolax !! Not a syrup though ! !

the liquid one is awful anyhows.. doesnt work for days.. and i too thought about the sweetness and ketosis, wouldnt risk it..go for the tablets. Hope u start feeling better xx
 
Not sure on the Senakot but go easy on the Dulcolax - one of those little b*ggers dont half give a powerful ................

Is it just me then who REALLY doesn't need help in the loo section? i'm running to it most days since doing this diet.

I think what you have bought is Lactulose Solution - you definitely should not take it as it will almost certainly bring you out of ketosis as Lactulose is a synthetic sugar product.

The best way to avoid constipation is to keep your water intake up.

Dulcolax and Senokot are both approved by Lipotrim as ok to use for relief of constipation.
 
I swear by colonic hydrotherapy. It has cured my IBS, acne and i never get constipated. I feel that i am doing detox being on Lipotrim , the colonic completes the process. Its a mildly uncomfortable procedure but afterwards i always feel so much better. I pay about £45. Might be worth a try for you lot who are finding it difficult to "go"

lol...i dont seem to have a problem either..lol...regular as clockwork, every morning...but its just a bit like bullets...hee:eek:...maybe i need some fibreclear...just to ease the motion..lol:p
 
I use fibrogel b4 I go to bed if I am having problems and use keto stix to check and It hasnt taken me out of ketosis yet.

i am realy bad if i dont take dulcolax i dont go for over a week and by then its agony so i found 1 dulcolax on a monday and 1 on a thursday and i go ok take care when i first got them i took two i didnt move out of the house for 24 hours i needed a loo that was no more than 30 seconds away ha ha
 
hmmm... day4, and nothing solid, as it were :whistle: ...(i'm wee-ing a ton though - i'm surprised i haven't turned to dust) might have to visit Boots tomorrow

i can't believe i'm sharing "toilet news" on the tinterwebnet... rofl - no shame :p...
