Hi, My name is Chriss, I'm the mother of five children, and I work graveyards. I have 125 lbs to lose, and am using the burn the fat , feed the muscle program by Tom Venuto. I am struggling to find a way to switch from regular shift to overnights..........it seems to be such a difference, when it shouldn't be.
