Is this normal?

Tonight is my D Day... And I am sure I have not lost a bean this week ....This week has been hard to control my sweet tooth and I have eaten more this week but not too badly I thought but when I weighed myself I am still the same as last week. Then:badmood: this morning I started my monthly could this be the reason??
 
Possibly. I always get the munchies the week before mine. If you are used to munching when you want then you might not have noticed the pattern before. You also might have some water retention which might affect your weight loss this week but it will all even out in the end :)
