DO we need to refeed at BMI 25? My goal weight is 1stone lower than this and it will come around xmas time so im all confused

i think you can re-feed lower than bmi of 25 as long as you dont go lower than "healthy" bmi, they'll probably stop you doing LT if you go lower then that!
