Hi!
I'm obviously new here, my name's Amy and I'm an 18 year old student. I joined because my weight just keeps on climbing and it's really getting me down. I aim to lose about 10-12kg. But I don't really know anything about weight loss!
Any advice of any kind would be so much appreciated. I'm not very keen on trying a specific diet and would rather just eat healthier and exercise.
I'm looking forward to talking to you all!

Hi Amy welcome to the forum. I was in the same situation then I started Slimming World and it was the best thing I did! There are loads of diets out there and you have to find one which best fits in with your lifestyle x

Hi and welcome
It is a very low calorie diet like Lighter Life and Lipotrim. have a look at the section for them.

Have a good look around and see if there is any type of diet that suits you

Hiya & welcome. I'm like you & just doing it by healthy eating & exercise. I won't say it's easy going it alone and although I've lost quite a bit now it's taken me since April to get this far!

It's probably best exploring all your options before making any decisions.

Everyone on here is helpful & friendly & there'll always be someone to give you advice no matter what route you take. :)

Good luck. x

Welcome to Minimins :)
