Measuring success by the scales

The original post is so good, I bet she is an amazing consultant. It could be a much needed kick up the bum for a lot of the waverers on CWP (myself included).

I know this is old but its a great post :)

Thanks for the post!

This is a great post. My partner and myself started CD 3 weeks ago, and my bf has now lost 24lb, and I have lost 14lb, we both are on it 100%. But wish I was having the same weight loss. This post has been helpful to me, and made me think about the success of being in control. Thanks KD x

That is beautiful, VERY WELL SAID! :D

I know that feeling!

My OH and me have been on it for 4 weeks, I've lost 12lbsish, he has lost 20lbsish. Or was it 22?

I'm making pro-active mental efforts (is that even a thing?) to not let myself be put off by his better weightloss, I KNEW that he would lose faster, because it is just easier for guys, unfortunately, and no one else's weightloss can affect my own weightloss, so I'm just happy that we're sticking to it. My results are great, and you're are amazing! The boys are a different league there's no comparison :) Like the way they're separated out for most sports XD It's not a fair comparison.

:break_diet:mmmmmmm

I needed to read this today.

Good post, I am doing SnS so am not visited weekly and I am considering not weighing myself until after a month! Does everyone do weekly visits or less frequent?
I was on CD previously and I visited my consultant fortnightly but was weighing myself in-between too
